Discovery Call

Once we receive your inquiry, we will schedule a discovery call with one of our experienced team members. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your project in greater detail—your ideas, budget, and timeline. This helps us confirm that we’re the right fit for your project and sets the stage for the next steps.

Site Visit & Consultation

During the site visit, we will meet at your property to

Pricing Proposal

Preparing a comprehensive quote is a highly specialized task that requires significant expertise, time, and effort from our team. To ensure accuracy and transparency, we offer the following pricing options:

Estimate for New Build or Knockdown Rebuild (Free):

Stages who need a rough cost estimate for their project. This provides a general price range based on similar builds and project scope.

Detailed Quote for New Build or Knockdown Rebuild ($1,500):

For clients who have all the necessary documents, including architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. This quote includes an itemized breakdown of costs, timelines, and the full scope of work.

Estimate for Other Projects (Free):

If your project involves smaller renovations, alterations, or other work outside of a new build or knockdown rebuild, we provide a free general cost estimate.

Detailed Quote for Other Projects ($200):

For clients with complete designs and approvals, this option includes a thorough, itemized breakdown of costs and scope.

If you’ve received one of our flyers offering a free quote, we’re pleased to extend a complimentary consultation and quote for your project. This applies to all estimate and detailed quote options. Simply contact us to claim your free consultation and get started on bringing your vision to life.

Final Quote & Approval

Once we have all the details and have refined your project scope, we will present the final quote for your approval. This final quote will include all costs associated with your project and will be designed to avoid any surprises later on. At this stage, we will walk you through the quote to ensure that every aspect is clear. We will also address any questions you may have about the scope of work, materials, or timeline. Once you’re satisfied, we can move forward to the next step.

Contract Signing

When you approve the final quote, we will move forward with formalizing the agreement through a contract signing. This will be our mutual commitment to making your dream home a reality. Our contract will outline the project details, payment schedule, timeline, and any other important terms, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the construction process.

Selections & Material Choices

Once the contract is signed, it’s time to bring your vision to life! Together, we’ll guide you through the selection of materials, finishes, and design elements that will make your home truly unique. Whether it’s flooring, cabinetry, or high end fixtures, we’ll help you make choices that align with both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Construction & Quality Control

Construction is where your vision begins to take shape. Throughout the build, you will experience

Transparent Communication:

Communication: From day one, we create a dedicated WhatsApp group for your project, providing daily updates with progress photos, key milestones, and real- time answers to any questions. We proactively resolve issues, keeping you informed of challenges and solutions before they become problems. Prefer email or a call? We’re always available to ensure you feel supported and informed at every stage.

Efficiency & Precision:

We engineer efficiency into every project with advanced scheduling, CPM planning, and pre-ordered materials to prevent delays. Our site protocols, such as overlapping shifts and pre-slab coordination, maximize productivity, while weekly meetings keep all trades aligned. We maintain quality with a 287-point checklist, ensuring flawless execution and compliance. By proactively resolving issues before they impact the timeline or budget, we ensure projects stay on track from start to finish.

Handover & Final Inspection

As construction is completed, we will conduct a thorough final inspection to ensure everything meets our high-quality standards. During this walk-through, we’ll go over the finished home with you, checking for any minor adjustments or final touches. Once you’re happy with everything, we’ll hand over the keys, and you’ll be ready to start making memories in your new home. And, should any issues arise after moving in, we remain available to address any concerns.
