No Extra Costs for Predictable Issues
- If an issue arises during construction that could have been anticipated by the builder based on experience, we will cover the cost. However, if the issue is truly unforeseen and beyond the control of the builder, the client will be responsible for the cost.
Fair Variation Pricing
- If a client requests changes after approving the quote, costs will be calculated with a 10% admin fee. These will be clearly communicated for approval before implementation.
On-Time Completion Guarantee
