Farid
Director & Head Builder
Farid, a licensed and insured builder, is a proud member of the Master Builders Association and a Class 2 Building Practitioner—a qualification that sets him apart as an expert in both luxury homes and multi-residential projects, including apartments and strata developments. His journey in construction began at an early age, inspired by his family’s background in property development. With hands-on experience spanning boutique homes, duplexes, high-rise buildings, and commercial projects, he combines practical expertise with formal training, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering and multiple diplomas in Building & Construction, Project Management, and Construction Management. Farid leads the construction arm of every project, overseeing build quality, materials, and on-site coordination. With over 20 years of experience in complex builds, he ensures that every detail — from foundations to finishes — is handled with craftsmanship and precision. He personally visits each site regularly and remains available to clients throughout the build.
Ella
Co-Founder & Design Director
Ella, our lead designer, is known for her impeccable eye for detail and ability to transform spaces into both functional and visually stunning environments. She holds formal qualifications from Sydney Design School and TAFE Enmore, alongside two Master’s degrees in English Literature and Linguistics—a unique academic background that adds depth to her creative approach. Her design philosophy blends elegance with practicality, ensuring each home reflects the personality and lifestyle of its owners. Ella leads the creative and compliance journey of each project. She works closely with our design consultants and certifiers to make sure your home not only looks exceptional but meets all planning and regulatory requirements. Clients work directly with her during the concept, selections, and design refinement stages — and she remains a constant point of contact throughout.
